Shipping policy

At HASHA, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order so it arrives safely and ready for training. We work hard to ensure our high-quality equipment is delivered safely to our customers.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times for U.S. stock:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Made in Japan Products (Direct from Japan)

Many of our authentic products are Made in Japan and handcrafted by Japanese craftsmen. To ensure you receive the highest quality directly from the source, these items are shipped from Japan.

  • Fulfillment Time: Please understand that items shipping from Japan may require 1–4 weeks for preparation and processing before they are dispatched.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is ready and has been shipped.
  • If your order contains both U.S. domestic stock and Made in Japan items, they will arrive in separate shipments.

International Shipping

Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are planning to expand our shipping destinations in the near future.

Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Delays: While we strive for speed, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
  • Damaged/Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
